Dr. Mouton is a determined leader with 27 years of experience in urban public schools. With a Ph.D. in Special Education and expertise in Education Administration, he holds certifications as a superintendent, principal, and teacher. Dr. Mouton is driven by his mission to ensure a high-quality education for all students and is passionate about leadership, effective systems, and communication excellence.
 

Lucia Cruz

Ms. Cruz is a bilingual and equity-focused school leader with experience across PK-12 settings, including roles as Assistant Principal, District Content Specialist, and EL Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education in Spanish with Secondary Certification and a Master of Education in Second Language Education and Culture from Texas Wesleyan University. Highly skilled in MTSS-aligned school improvement and data-driven instruction. Ms. Cruz is passionate about empowering students, developing high-performing teams, and fostering strong school communities.

Anna Hughes

Ms. Hughes was raised in Fort Worth and received her primary and intermediate education in FWISD. A seasoned educator with 17 years of experience, she began her career as a paraprofessional and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman's University. In 2017, she joined LAN as a teacher at Mitchell Boulevard and over the last five years, has served the district as a campus data analyst, coach, and assistant principal. Ms. Hughes is a dynamic leader and looks forward to joining the Leonard family.

Datra Lonon

Ms. Lonon began her educational career in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 2009 as a special education paraprofessional. Inspired by a  passion for leadership and student achievement, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. In addition to teaching, Ms. Lonon has served as an assistant principal in Wichita Falls ISD and Aledo ISD. She believes in the power of relationships, high expectations, and creating a positive school culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
